Category C+E Driver

Location: Harlow Bros, 18-20 Pavilion Way, Units 1C-1D Castle Business Park, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 5GW

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours of Work: 39 hours per week Monday to Friday, plus potential overtime

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated HGV Category C+E Driver to join our team in Long Whatton. The HGV Category C+E Driver will have an enthusiasm for customer service and be confident to work as part of a team and under their own initiative.

What you’ll be doing as a Category C+E Driver:

Making local deliveries in either a Category C+E Vehicle or Category C.

Lorry Mounted Crane Licence required for Category C work, training will be provided if not already held.

Ensuring that all products are safely loaded and secured.

Ensuring loads are correct against the customers’ orders.

Ensuring delivery is safe to make and respecting customer’s property.

Providing first class customer service.

Handling any customer issues on delivery effectively.

Your Skills:

Full Driving licence for a (Cat C+E) HGV vehicle with Digi-card and full Driver CPC is essential.

Fork-lift licence would be an advantage. 

Hiab Experience preferable but not essential.

Excellent customer service skills.

A flexible approach to work, there is an element of manual offloading required
