I-Beam Administrator

Location: Harlow Timber Systems (Eastern) Ltd, Halstead, CO9 2SZ

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated I-Beam Administrator to join our team in Halstead.

As an I-Beam Administrator you will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure deadlines are met daily and in line with the Company's Objectives and Policies.

What you’ll be doing as an I-Beam Administrator:

• Ensuring smooth flow from Call off to cutting of Customer requirements, from the initial request to approval, ensuring the designers are chasing their approvals prior to going on the Live Sheet.
• Locating paperwork for answering customer queries of any shortages, replying to customers in a professional and polite manner.
• Arranging replacements if required.
• Liaise with other members of the team in the draw down from Mitek and creation of Sales orders on Bistrack for purpose of getting ready for cutting and delivery.
• Confirm week commencing dates to customers for their deliveries by email and telephone if required.
• To act in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the Company's Health and Safety policy
• Communicate politely with all colleagues and customers.

Your Skills:

• Previous experience in similar work
• Works well in a team
• Have strong computer Skills
• Strong communication skills
