Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm, Friday 7am to 12pm and 1 in 4 Saturday Mornings
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our team in Long Whatton. The primary purpose of a Production operative is to support the smooth running of the production department by carrying out various duties.
What you’ll be doing as a Production Operative:
both internal and external work depending on requirement and there may be some heavy lifting and repetitive activity subject to our manual handling policy and training guidelines.
General maintenance and housekeeping duties.
To help ensure that the Production team’s work is completed in a timely manner, correct to customer order and completed to meet delivery as scheduled.
To act in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with the company’s health and safety Policies.
May be required to support other departments as needed.
Your Skills:
Ability to follow health and Safety procedures and protocols, including reporting hazards and incidents
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and departments
